Full-Time Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Job Summary:
Must have at least 1-2 years prior experience working as a Medical Aesthetics Provider. The Medical Aesthetics Provider reports to the Medical Director. Services performed include Injectables (neurotoxin + dermal filler), MicroNeedling (+RF), MicroNeedling with PRP, laser skin resurfacing and tightening, and IPL/PhotoFacial. The Medical Aesthetics Provider is responsible for preparing treatment rooms for patients, performing scheduled treatments, and clean-up of treatment rooms. Additional responsibilities include discussing patient treatment plans with clients, charting patient notes, and taking inventory of clinical supplies as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and trustworthiness. Only applicants who are a graduated and licensed Medical Professional, with experience in medical aesthetics, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:

Receptionist
Job Summary:
This is a front office position for applicants who display high-end customer service. Please apply only if you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented person.

The Receptionist reports to the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager and is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include sending patient intake forms, updating patient charts, scanning in clinical documentation to EHR, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, speaking with clients about services and products, conducting inventory, reconciling sales, merchandising, and creating social media content. Additional tasks include assisting with patient flow and administrative tasks to assist with overall practice efficiency.

Aesthetics Medical Assistant (Front and Back Office)
Job Summary:
The Aesthetics Medical Assistant assists the Medical Director with in-office patient care. The Aesthetics Technician is primarily responsible for preparing treatment rooms for patients, assisting as needed during treatments, and clean-up of treatment rooms. Additional responsibilities include discussing patient treatment plans with clients, informing clients about treatments and front office duties such as stocking skincare products and administrative duties such as answering phones, processing patient files, scheduling clients, and taking inventory of product and clinical supplies as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and trustworthiness. Only applicants who possess a Medical Assistant Certification or at least (1) year experience are encouraged to apply. Only resumes that include a cover letter and sent as a PDF will be considered.
